WirelessFieldService is priced on a per user/per month basis. Discounts apply based on the  number of users.

Pricing FAQs:

How am I billed?

Billing is once per month, based on the number of active users for the active month.

I have (fill in the blank) number of users. What is my monthly cost?

Your monthly cost is the number of users times the monthly rate. For instance, 20 users will be 20 x $33 = $660.

Can I reduce the number of users this month?

Yes. You can reduce the number of users for a month by going to your account and making the change. You will be required to select the users to deactivate to get to your requested number.

I signed up for the free trial.  Will I be automatically billed?

You will not be automatically billed. You will receive email reminders before the trial ends asking if you want to subscribe. If you do not subscribe, you will not be billed; however, you will not be able to access your account after the trial period.

My account expired and now I want to renew my subscription.  What are the steps?

If your account is suspended or if you have an expired trial account that you want to activate for subscription, please fill out a contact form requesting reactivation.

Can I pay by check?

Yes.  You will receive an electronic copy of your invoice and can mail in the payment to the address on the invoice. Checks take 24-48 hrs to process from the date we receive them.

I don’t see pricing that fits me or “I’m not sure what my pricing will be.”

My company requires a Purchase Order (PO), PO number, etc.  Do you provide these?

We can provide a PO number for your reference or a PO quote.  You can also enter your internal PO number on your account’s subscription form.

What payment methods do you support?

You can pay through PayPal, Mastercard, Visa or check.

Do I have to pay for inactive users?

No. You only have to pay for the number of active users needed.  We keep all users you have created so you can go back and perform historical reporting, whether they are active or not.
